He has more than 20 years of experience and has developed a reputation for successfully challenging real estate and personal property tax assessments on commercial properties throughout Florida. His work includes complex negotiations, acquisitions, financing, and tax appeals.

Fahim Sayed is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in all aspects of ad valorem property taxation, assisting commercial property owners throughout Florida with their property tax appeals. Fahim’s proactive approach includes handling direct negotiations with county property appraisers, administrative appeals to the Value Adjustment Board, and appeals in Circuit Court. Fahim has experience in virtually every sector of real estate, including retail, office, hospitality and senior housing.

Fahim brings a unique perspective to the firm. Within the niche property taxation area, his experience in the field spans 15 years working in a variety of roles within Fortune 500 corporations, global tax consulting firms, and leading law firms.

Nathan Mandler represents real estate owners and developers in ad valorem tax matters and eminent domain proceedings. He has experience in valuation of many types of property, including retail centers, office properties, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, condominium buildings, vacant land, and tangible personal property. Nathan, along with Robb Udell, created the firm’s condominium tax appeal department. Mr. Mandler and Mr. Udell have filed appeals on behalf of condominium buildings that were improperly assessed and have been able to achieve assessment reductions in excess of $5 billion.

Julie M. Schwartz concentrates her practice on ad valorem property taxation, representing property owners before Value Adjustment Boards and in Circuit Court appeals throughout Florida.

She has extensive experience handling valuation appeals across a wide range of property types, as well as issues involving property tax exemptions and classifications. Her work includes matters related to agricultural, charitable, and educational exemptions.
