Nevada Update

This update highlights recent developments affecting commercial property taxation in Nevada. It reflects analysis prepared by an APTC member firm based on conditions at the time of publication.

For the 2027-28 tax year, county assessors throughout Nevada will be mailing notices of value to taxpayers beginning in late November through early December. The deadline to file an appeal to the county board of equalization is January 15th, 2027.
